Welcome to the Tactical 360/5, LLC. Our mission is simple: to empower and advocate those who dedicate their lives to communities and their country. First responders, to include law enforcement, correctional officers, animal control, search and rescue, firefighters-both structure and wildland, EMS pre-hospital responders as well as our nurses, scrub techs, and doctors and veterinarians. Dispatchers who answer the call. Military personnel both active and in the reserves. Our veterans, and all family and friends who support a responder. These brave individuals face unique challenges and stressors every day, in the face of inherent danger, to protect life, property, and principle. We are committed to providing tools, from real world experience, that prompt their holistic wellness.
As someone who has grown through the ranks of the responder career, I (L.L. Petersohn) understand the sacrifices and obstacles that come with this work. Inspired by my own experiences and the stories of those I’ve served alongside, I’ve created Tactical 360/5, and the Fit-Nut Tracker, with the goal of offering a comprehensive resource that prioritizes the physical, mental, and emotional health of responders and military who continue to serve our communities and our country! Within the next year, I will continue to build off of these two books, and your suggestions/reviews, with the intent to provide a holistic and comprehensive resources for every chapter within a Responder and Military life-work balance and build a community of supporters alike. I am continuing my education to become a certified license counselor, certified leadership coach, certified naturopathic practitioner, certified nutrition coach, and certified functional fitness trainer to add to my bachelor’s in Psychology and Certificate of Holistic Wellness and Transformation Coach.
